Why Arkansas

Arkansas is a state with a low cost of living, plenty of nature (lakes, rivers and forests) and an economy that includes large companies such as Walmart, headquartered in Bentonville, in the northwest of the state. Bentonville is several hours from Cherokee Village.

Cherokee Village began as a planned community with lakes, golf courses, recreation centers and hundreds of kilometers of streets. Today the city has a master plan with proposals for its town center and trails. These are city proposals, not works included in the purchase of a lot.
