What's included when you buy land in the USA
USD 15,000 covers the lot, the deed recorded in your name and the property taxes until the transfer, with a contract in Spanish and payments without banks. Here is what is included and what is not.

Why USD 15,000?
On US real estate portals there are Cherokee Village lots listed for less. That is a fact, and we would rather you hear it from us.
Buying that way from Latin America usually means paying everything up front, in dollars, with contracts in English, a US title company and no one who answers in your language. Here you pay in installments without banks, sign a notarial contract in Spanish, the seller covers property taxes until the transfer, and the deed is recorded in your name with the county.
The price includes the lot and that service. We do not promise that the land will increase in value: compare calmly and decide with all the information.
