What data we ask for
Name, country, email or WhatsApp and, if you include them, the lot you are interested in, the payment method and your message. We do not ask for bank details on the site.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, send you information about the lots and, if you decide to buy, prepare your reservation and contract. We do not sell your data.
Site measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and learn which pages help: pages viewed, approximate country, device and whether a form was sent. We do not use it for advertising. Visitors from Brazil are asked for consent before measurement cookies are stored.
How long we keep it
For as long as the sales conversation lasts and, if you buy, for the duration of the contract and the period required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to us from the contact page. The data protection laws of your country apply, such as Law 21.719 in Chile, Law 25.326 in Argentina or the LGPD in Brazil.
