How installments are paid
Choose the method that suits you. The price is always set in dollars.

From Chile
Forpay
Today every installment client uses Forpay. You register your credit card and each month the installment is charged in Chilean pesos, at the observed dollar rate of the day.

Transfer in dollars
International transfer to the selling LLC's account in the United States, or to the account in Chile.

These are also accepted. If you need another method, ask us: it can be set up.
Plan rules
- Reservation
- USD 100, for 10 daysHolds the lot while you sign. If you change your mind, in most cases it is refunded.
- Late payments
- Handled case by caseThe seller has refinanced clients who asked for it. Ask for the conditions in writing before signing.
- Early payment
- AllowedYou can pay installments in advance whenever you want.
- Transferring the lot
- AllowedThe promise of sale (a Chilean notarial contract) can be assigned to another person.
- Currency
- US dollarsWith Forpay you pay in Chilean pesos at the observed dollar rate of each charge date.
Questions about payments
Is there interest?
The published plan is USD 3,000 + 24 × USD 500 = USD 15,000, the same total as paying in full.
Do I need a US bank account?
No. You pay by card through Forpay or by transfer to the LLC's account.
Can I pay in local currency?
From Chile, yes: Forpay charges in pesos at the observed dollar rate. The lot price stays fixed in dollars.
Can I pay with crypto?
Not yet. The team is evaluating accepting payments in USDT.
